Abstract: 目的 研究紫杉醇(PTX)联合异环磷酰胺(IFO)二线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效与安全性.方法 治疗失败的晚期NSCLC,方案为PTX 135～175mg/m2,第1d;IFO 1.2g/m2,第2、3、4d;21d为1周期,3周期为1个疗程.化疗周期数为2～4个,中位3个周期.结果 可评价疗效的45例,其中PR4例(8.9%),SD29例(64.4%),PD42例(26.7%),全组无CR病例.不良反应主要是骨髓抑制,其中Ⅲ或Ⅳ度血液学毒性和非血液学毒性的发生率分别为28.9%和11.1%.结论 PTX联合IFO二线治疗晚期NSCLC是有效的,且毒性可耐受.
