Abstract: 金属铣削是一个弹塑性变形和断裂的复杂过程,基于LS-DYNA对铣削加工系统建模,对系统进行动态三维仿真,并对7075铝合金材料进行铣削力动态实验测试,将其与仿真结果进行比较,验证仿真计算可靠性,对铣削温度分布进行了分析,通过调整仿真铣削模型的参数,对铣削过程进行优化,降低铣削力的大小,保证铣削过程的稳定和加工的质量,提高切削效率.
