Abstract:
研究了天麻多糖提取工艺中提取时间、提取温度、料水比对天麻多糖提取率的影响,并对这3个工艺参数进行了优化.结果表明,提取温度、提取时间和料水比对天麻多糖提取率的影响程度都达到高度显著水平.SAS软件处理数据得二次回归方程为:Y=9.273+0.488X1+0.308X2+0.185X3-0.495X12-0.373X22-0.211X32+0.004X1X2-0.024X1X3-0.016X2X3.响应曲面分析结果表明,水法提取天麻多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为58℃,提取时间36min,料水比1:37.
