Abstract: 采用不同截留分子质量的超滤膜对酪蛋白酶解物中ACE抑制肽进行初步分离,确定了超滤的条件,并测定超滤前后酶解物的ACE抑制活性.结果表明,截留分子质量为10 ku和3 ku的超滤膜能不同程度地提高酪蛋白酶解物的ACE抑制活性,但3 ku的超滤膜能更有效地提高其ACE抑制活性,并且超滤液半抑制浓度值(IC50)为0.46 mg/mL.证明超滤技术可作为一种分离ACE抑制肽的手段.
