Abstract: 采用超低温冷冻结合超微粉碎的方法对白桦木质纤维素进行预处理,并用纤维素酶对由预处理获得的超微粉体进行酶解,以提高其糖转化率,得到白桦木质纤维素最佳糖化条件:温度45℃,pH值4.8,酶用量20IU/g,糖化率为31.78%,还原糖产量为243.67 mg/g(底物).较未经过预处理的白桦木质纤维素糖转化率提高了28.68%.
