Abstract: 利用溶胶凝胶法低温合成了硅酸盐氧基磷灰石Ca2+xLa8-x(SiO4)6O2-0.5x(x为0、0.5、1.0和2.0),经XRD表征结果表明,所得产品为磷灰石相,x越大,晶胞参数a和c越小. 电化学阻抗谱研究表明,氧基磷灰石遵循自由氧空位导电机理,开始时传导电荷自由氧O(4)越多电导率越大,活化能越小;但当自由氧O(4)增加到2时,电导率反而下降,活化能却增加. 氧分压测试结果证明,硅酸盐磷灰石在较宽的氧分压范围内为O2-导电.
