Abstract: 研究了黏度比对聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混物力学性能、形态结构以及结晶性能的影响.结果表明,黏度比对弯曲性能以及抗冲击性能有很大的影响,黏度比从0.55升至4.22时,弯曲模量从752.5 MPa提高至875.3 MPa,弯曲强度从20.5 MPa提高至23.4 MPa,低温冲击强度从347.8 J/m提高至600.2 J/m.当黏度比接近2.00时,冲击断面较光滑,说明PP和POE的黏度越接近,分散相的颗粒越小.共混物的熔融温度以及结晶温度均随着黏度比的降低而升高.
