Abstract: 肌球蛋白是骨骼肌细胞重要的结构和功能蛋白,主要由两条重链(Myosin Heavy Chain,MHC)和两对轻链(Myosin Heavy Chain,MLC)组成.其中MHC在肌肉细胞中表达有多种同功异构型(Isoform),同功型之间在一定条件下的相互转换和骨骼肌的收缩性能之间有密切的关系.研究显示在不同运动形式的影响下同功型之间会相互转化.肌球蛋白MHC合成的速率随年龄的增加而有所下降,而运动训练可在一定程度上逆转这种变化.神经及内分泌在运动对肌球蛋白MHC基因表达影响的过程中也起着重要的调节控制作用.
