Abstract: 承诺是企业间相互合作进而形成战略联盟的重要条件.系统地分析了影响分销商对制造商承诺的主要因素,建立了评价分销商承诺的指标体系,构建了相应的承诺综合评价模型.在此基础上,以制造商的视角,提出了利用主成分分析法逐层对该模型进行定量分析评价的思路,并测度了分销商对制造商的承诺水平.
