Abstract: 基于因特网的即时通讯(instant message,IM)因其即时、快速、有效的优点,使用者越来越多.随着VoIP技术的发展,其大有取代电子邮件和固定电话之势.基于技术接受模型(TAM),从感知的有用性、感知的易用性、"沉浸"体验、感知的趣味性和隐私5个方面分析我国互联网用户接纳IM应用服务这种行为意向的影响因素,并采用结构方程模型(SEM)实证分析了5个因素对即时通讯使用行为意向的影响,最后提出了对策建议以及进一步研究的方向.
