Abstract:
介绍了一种利用压电陶瓷直接驱动的压电伺服阀,其机械结构简单、抗干扰能力强,具有高于传统电磁式伺服阀的频宽和分辨率.应用有限元法分析了柔性铰链的结构特性,对压电叠堆的静、动态特性进行了理论分析,并制造了压电直接驱动式伺服阀样机,进行了静、动态性能测试.测试结果表明:该压电伺服阀可以满足现代精密高速控制系统的需要.
