Development of Al2O3 -SiO2 system precast blocks for carbon baking furnace

Abstract: 利用低水泥浇注料技术,采用粒径≤0.074 mm的一级矾土和粒径<8 mm的二级矾土为主要原料,水泥和二氧化硅微粉作为结合系统,并引入适量外加剂制备了Al2O3-SiO2系浇注料试样.通过对系列试验配方进行优选,确定满足设计指标要求的生产配方,依照该配方生产出炭素焙烧炉用大型预制件.检测结果表明:生产的预制件的强度、抗热震性和1350℃3 h烧后的永久线变化率等性能都满足设计指标要求.显微结构分析表明,预制件1350℃3 h烧后的基质中有大量莫来石晶相,另有少量石英和玻璃相.
