Abstract: 目的 了解大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)铬水平的变化及葛根素对其的影响.方法 将ALI实验动物随机分为12组,其中6组为葛根素治疗组,ALI后均立即给予葛根素治疗,依照采集肺组织标本不同时间点分为:6 h组、8 h组、12 h组、16 h组和24 h组(均12 h追加一次葛根素)、36 h组(12和24 h各追加一次葛根素);用生理盐水替换葛根素为6组对照组.用原子分光光度计检测肺组织铬含量.结果 治疗组组间、对照组组间有明显差异(P<0.05);各时间点治疗组与对照组差异明显(P<0.05或P<0.01).除治疗24 h组外,治疗组均低于对照组.结论 葛根素可降低ALI大鼠肺组织铬含量.
