Abstract: 对于高频大功率电法勘探发送机而言,最脆弱的部位--逆变器容易烧毁,究其原因,主要是因为其本身的性能不高以及保护不力.针对目前存在的这些问题,提出了一种新的逆变器系统设计.在选用新一代功率器件IPM的基础上,采用适当的外围驱动和保护电路,通过设定恰当的死区时间,避免由于器件关断时间影响而导致的短路问题,并且通过单片机控制来实现多种死区时间可调,可以适应不同的发送频率和供电极距.
