Abstract: 分析循环流化床锅炉电厂烟风系统设计原则和设计实例,指出其设计优化趋势.为了降低厂用电率,应对工艺过程参数进行分析和量化,确定风源和设备,通过调研,合理设计参数,避免过大的余量.采用液力耦合器和变频器的变速调节代替节流调节,是降低烟风阻力损失的有效方法.现阶段推荐采用液力耦合器调节.从源头上采取措施非常重要.尽量减少、取消不必要的风机.在锅炉设计时,应合理选取部件结构,从根本上降低送风阻力损失.
