Abstract:
为使燃烧催化剂满足燃烧体和环保的要求,研制了以粉煤灰为载体、以稀土和二氧化锰为活性组分的钙钛矿型燃煤催化剂.催化剂的制备采用浸渍法,经过120℃干燥、850℃焙烧活化.X射线衍射图表明该催化剂主要成分是LaMnO3.热重分析表明,添加钙钛矿型催化剂可以促进煤炭的燃烧,提高燃烧速率,使煤的着火点温度降低10℃、失重速率最大温度降低19℃、燃烧结束温度提前21℃.
