Abstract: 目的 建立家猪胸腰段脊髓火器贯通伤模型,观察伤后神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)的早期表达.方法 实验动物被随机分为2组,其中火器伤组(G组)9只,在全麻状态下制作胸腰段(L1~L2)脊髓火器伤模型;空白对照组(C组)6只.于伤后不同时间点(伤后1 h、3 h、6h)和不同节段(伤点、近伤点、中伤点及远伤点)取材,进行NSE蛋白的免疫组化染色.结果 脊髓损伤后1h即出现NSE的表达下降,6 h内随着时间延长而表达下调.G组波及中伤段及远段伤.结论 脊髓火器伤后神经细胞的破坏与修复并存,有一定的时空性,且与损伤程度有关,实验动物受伤后1h神经元细胞的表达减少,脊髓火器伤波及的范围广泛.
