Abstract: 目的:研究芦丁、槲皮素、山萘酚等黄酮类成分在毛细管中的迁移行为与电压、缓冲溶液pH值及其离子浓度的关系.方法:在室温下,分别考察电压、缓冲液pH值及缓冲液离子浓度对分离度的影响.结果:3种黄酮类物质在pH值8.65、电压20KV、缓冲液离子浓度12mmoL/L条件下为最佳.结论:对于3种物质在毛细管电泳中的迁移行为,缓冲液的pH值对各峰的分离度起主要作用,电压和缓冲液的离子浓度主要影响各峰的出峰时间.
