Abstract: [目的]观察大鼠感染旋毛虫后IgG的动态变化及循环免疫复合物(CIC)的变化.[方法]分别采用双抗体夹心ELISA法、间接ELISA法,每隔1周检测大鼠感染旋毛虫后1~9周血清中总IgG和特异性lgG.以PEG沉淀法检测大鼠血清CIC.[结果]大鼠感染旋毛虫后2周总IgG逐步增加,5周达高峰,7周后呈下降趋势,但仍高于正常值;特异性IgG的阳性率在感染后5周高达100.0%.旋毛虫感染的大鼠CIC值与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).[结论]大鼠感染旋毛虫后,总IgG与特异性IgG同步增长,CIC增高.
