Effect of aluminum on microstructure of tea plant's leaves

Abstract: 采用冰冻切片方法,研究了不同浓度铝胁迫对知青早茶和白茶叶片显微结构的影响.结果发现,知青早茶在Al3+浓度为0.1 mmol/L时叶片栅栏组织出现空隙,而白茶则在Al3+浓度为0.5 mmol/L时才出现空隙,表明知青早茶叶片显微结构对Al胁迫比白茶更为敏感,提示茶树的耐铝特性存在基因型差异;且随着Al3+浓度的增加,茶树叶片栅栏组织细胞排列趋向疏松、空隙增大,海绵组织细胞排列无序程度增加.
