Abstract:
利用最优化理论并结合CAE技术,在保证复杂塑料制件水力学性能不变的前提下对其结构进行改进,对现有塑料制件的壁厚进行优化设计,减小制件的体积以节省原料.用ANSYS软件和Mold-flow注塑分析软件对优化后的模型进行受力分析和充模流动分析,结果表明优化后的制品满足使用条件和成型工艺条件,材料节省近23%.
