Abstract:
采用单向送粉双向扫描工艺,对不同模数的齿轮进行Ni60合金粉末激光熔覆的试验研究.结果表明,模数越大,熔覆层表面裂纹条数越多;激光线输入能量越大,裂纹条数越少;无裂纹熔覆层所需最小线能量随模数增大而增大,但其增幅随模数增大而逐渐降低.
