Abstract:
用DSC、IR、XRD等研究了GeO2添加量对PbO-B2O3-ZnO系玻璃结构及性能的影响.结果表明,在PbO-B2O3-ZnO系封接玻璃中,引入0.4~2.0wt%的GeO2可有效地抑制玻璃析晶,降低封接温度.GeO2含量为0.7wt%左右时,玻璃稳定性最好,封接温度最低,仅为400℃,有利于低温封接.通过引入GeO2可在一定范围内调节PbO-B2O3-ZnO系封接玻璃的热膨胀系数.
