Abstract: 电力设备发生绝缘故障主要是由于设备自身绝缘下降或电压过负荷而引起.污闪不仅影响输变电设备的正常运行,而且还可能引发大面积停电事故,后果十分严重.而外绝缘脏污和湿润是造成电气设备污闪的2个基本条件.对比试验分析表明,有机防污涂料(RTV)良好的憎水性和憎水迁移性,使受涂设备的外绝缘电阻及耐闪能力都得到了显著提高,其长效性、良好的适应性以及经济性使其在众多的防污闪措施中具有一定的优势.
