Abstract: 目的探讨不同种类杀虫剂在不同施药方式下对家蝇的作用机制.方法分别在幼虫期和成虫期对家蝇施加杀虫剂,测量不同世代家蝇的半数致死量(LD50)并计算抗性指数,测量不同抗性水平下家蝇乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性.结果施加敌敌畏的2个品系家蝇乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性升高明显,施加高效氯氰菊酯的2个品系乙酰胆碱酯酶活性先升高后下降;幼虫期施加杀虫剂的品系抗性水平升高较快.结论乙酰胆碱酯酶是敌敌畏作用于家蝇的靶标;幼虫期施加杀虫剂抗性增加较快,因此,在家蝇的防治过程中应尽量避免在幼虫期施加杀虫剂.
