Abstract: 用超声处理溶液絮凝法制备聚丙烯(PP)/多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)复合材料.扫描电子显微镜分析表明,MWNT呈纳米级分散.用Jeziorny法和MO法对材料非等温结晶差示扫描量热法结果进行动力学处理,发现复合材料的结晶峰温升高,半结晶时间减小;但随MWNT含量变化不大.复合材料的结晶速率常数比纯PP大;Avrami指数比纯PP小.要达到相同的结晶度,复合材料所需的降温速率小于纯PP.MWNT可成为PP的成核剂.
