Abstract: 在压力容器厚板、大直径耐热钢的焊接中,改变以往的手工电弧焊工艺,现采用埋弧自动焊工艺,用烧结焊剂SJ101匹配焊丝H13CrMoA进行焊接工艺评定,经过检验,各项技术指标达到JB4708-2000<钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定>的要求,采用此焊剂克服了焊缝清渣困难,使焊缝获得良好的塑性和韧性,具有广阔的发展前景.
