Abstract: 教育消费具有物质消费的一般属性,又有特殊性.教育进入消费领域后已演变成一种独特的消费倾向,即教育倾向性消费.其表现为明显的排他性,自身消化不良,教育资源的层次结构分布更加不均匀.另一方面教育倾向性消费客观上为教育跨越式发展赢得了机遇、资源、速度、市场、人气.高等教育适度超前发展的大战略,使得滞后的高等教育获得了比产业发展稍微超前的地位,从而能够为我国新型工业化储备人才,为产业升级储备人才.
