Abstract: 为解决具有多条跑道的大型机场在交通高峰期的飞机调度问题,提出了用遗传算法解决多跑道到达飞机调度的方法.算法以所有飞机的排列次序作为个体编码,在此基础上设计了交叉和变异算子.解码时首先确定各飞机的降落跑道,然后用改进的移动方法解决同一跑道上飞机之间的冲突并插入空闲时间,从而确定降落次序和时间.模拟结果表明,该方法能帮助管制员做出高效的飞机调度决策.
