Abstract: 以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料制成的积分球为基础,研制了7种组合型入射光学系统,并对它们的余弦特性进行了测试.其中PTFE积分球、磨砂石英半球型漫射器和修正环的组合型入射光学系统的设计具有创新性.在±30°入射角范围内,余弦误差小于0.23%;在±60°入射角范围内,余弦误差小于1.14%;在±75°入射角范围内,余弦误差小于2.5%;在±80°入射角范围内,余弦误差小于5.5%,积分余弦误差〈f2〉=0.94%,指标达到国际先进水平.组合型入射光学系统能够很好地满足太阳紫外光谱辐射地面测量的需求.
