Abstract: 研究了臭氧(O3)处理对板栗果实采后生理及贮藏效果的影响,测定了不同处理板栗在贮藏期间呼吸强度、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、淀粉酶活性、还原糖和总糖含量、淀粉含量、失重率及腐烂率.结果表明:在(-1±0.5)℃贮藏条件下臭氧处理能抑制板栗果实贮藏期间呼吸强度,延缓淀粉和糖的变化,显著抑制栗果的失重率和腐烂率,在贮藏期间过氧化氢酶的活性和淀粉酶的活性均呈下降趋势.
