Abstract: 在不同表面宏观电场下对定向生长于镍片上的碳纳米管膜的场致发射电流密度进行了测定,被测样品是在作者提供的纯镍基片上由美国Xintek公司加工,测试条件为:发射窗口直径3 mm,平行板电极系统极间的距离0.4~1.0 mm,可微调,测试电压0~1000 V.在相同实验条件下,多次测量电场强度与发射电流密度的关系及其稳定性.在距离不变及中等工作电压的情况下,测定了样品连续工作及反复间断工作时场致发射电流的稳定性.将测量结果分别与美国公司公布的资料及作者两年前对西安交通大学所提供的硅基片碳纳米管所做的测定结果进行了对比,依据对本次样品的测量数据建立了相应的j-E关系曲线的数学拟合函数表达式,为用本次样品设计制造碳纳米管冷阴极X线管做了准备.
