Abstract: 以对稻瘟菌70~15小种表现抗病(C101)和感病(CO39)反应的两种水稻为材料接种稻瘟菌后:C101的SOD活性在病原菌侵染初期呈下降趋势,明显地低于CO39的,在侵染后期却较大幅度上升,反而逐渐明显高于CO39;二者的LOX、APX酶活性都呈先上升后下降的趋势,C101的活性增加幅度大于CO39;活性增强持续时间也比较长;而CO39酶活性增加较迟,在接种后期下降比较剧烈;C101的ASA含量没有太大变化,而CO39的ASA含量呈先下降后上升的变化趋势;可溶性蛋白含量变化规律均表现为先下降后升高的趋势,C101叶片中可溶性糖含量高于CO39;结果表明抗病水稻体内SOD、APX、LOX等活性的变化与清除活性氧和产生其它抗病物质有关,在水稻对稻瘟病的抗性中起作用.
