Abstract: 针对槟榔果实在贮运和流通中存在的主要问题,对其贮藏保鲜方法进行了初步研究.结果表明:采后使用3%柠檬酸、2%CaCL2和0.1%施保功溶液处理果实、在10℃下贮藏具有明显的抑制呼吸、延缓果实褐变的作用;在4℃下,贮藏果实至第5d时开始出现冷害症状,随着贮藏时间的延长,冷害症状更加明显.
